AChE and ROS
Enzyme activity of AChE in the liver was measured with an ultraviolet spectrophotometer (UV-2410PC model, Shimadzu,Japan) using commercial diagnostics kits (Nanjing Jiancheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu, China). ROS in the liver was measured with ELISA (JinMa Biological Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China), as well as mRNA expression in the liver (RT-PCR). Nucleotide sequences of primers for RTPCR, ROS (NM_012874; F: aaaggctgcgtctacttgga; R:cttgactacccgaggactgg).
