Blood Biochemical Analysis. After 32 weeks of treatment,blood was obtained for biochemical analysis by cardiac puncture before the mice were killed. Serum IL-1β, TNF-α,and aldosterone were measured using a commercially available enzyme immunoassay kit (Shanghai Jinma Biological Technology, Inc., China) according to the protocol described by the manufacturer.
